I haven't been sleeping well lately, so I'm putting off going to bed, because I can't face the disappointment of another night of lying awake/waking up continually. I'm very tired, though. I don't understand how this works.

I also have a burnt scalp, and it hurts! Ow.

I'm sorry about your sleep. I know myself how hard it is, just lying there. I hope maybe you've had a better night's sleep now. (Though perhaps not, with your scalp! Ouch! :-()

The scalp has stopped hurting, but it's still quite warm, so I can't stop touching it. It's like poking a bruise! :D

Indeed! I'm still waiting for my first sunburn (which may occur soon, as I'm about to do some gardening). I think my hat will soon become my constant companion once again.
