I had a brutal dance class last night (which would not have been nearly as painful if I weren't in such terrible shape), and today, as the day goes on, more and more bits of me are hurting. It started with the butt (thanks to the weird "lie on your stomach and frog kick your legs into the air 100 times" exercise, plus all those hip drops), spread to the abs, the thighs, the arms and now, the shoulders (hello, veil work). Seriously, I am creaky like an old rocking chair. I keep reminding myself that it's good, that it means I worked hard, but really I want to be in some alternate universe where I don't need to keep my head upright.
In conclusion: ow.
