And just Pacific Northwest people in general! My family used to buy Hoodys until they stopped selling to the general public.
Now they buy Adams in big buckets and turn it upside down so the oil goes to the bottom, making it easier to stir it in. And my Dad makes quite a theatrical show of Stirring the Peanut Butter.
I haven't had it for several years, of course. One more reason for a trip north. :D
Oh yes, peanut butter always sat upside down in the fridge. The first natural peanut butter I bought here didn't separate like that, and I was very confused. But...but...where's the stirring?
