If you've read SpinnWebe, and you've read the bit about the quizzes, you know that this came out of making fun of people who take personality quizzes (and also, to a lesser extent, people who use LiveJournal, although in ways I hope to never succumb to), so, yes, my posting this here is doubly wrong, and I realize that, and no one has to tell me. But. This made me laugh, at least at the very first line, because it could very much be "you are what you eat". Yes, it's true, I am made of soybean oil. That, and olives.
