I think I'm the last person to check in after our weekend Adventure (something as crazy as that deserves random capitalization, yo), so let me just say evil bitch Mapquest apparently *wants* us to speed, West Virginia is gorgeous in the fall, I can't believe I had to kill Xander, candy is god, Whole Foods salad bars make me unbelievably happy, and I think the natural brainwashing that happens to women who go through labour (the one that allows them to forget everything so that they actually want to have children again) happens to people after road trips too.

Most importantly, though, I'm so happy I got to meet/see again/spend 30-odd hours in a car with each of the wonderful women who were there in North Carolina (goovie, sensational, kristinkay, meganberrieh, caffeinediary, borrowedwings, starfishchick, sallym, and idella). My Scary Internet People are not scary at all; rather, you're fun, silly, clever, beautiful, and wonderful, and I wish I could have spent more time with each of you.

So. Where are we going this weekend?
