Me again

AKA two things that have nothing to do with each other, but I'm sure I'm dangerously close to annoying at least one of you with the number of posts I've managed this morning, so I'm trying to condense here:

Tonight I am going to attempt to meet up with a couple of friends from grad school (one of whom I haven't seen since then) for a very early dinner, and then still go to kick-boxing and, well, kick. We'll see how well I pull that off.

Dave (who I haven't seen in three years) is the quintessential Montrealer, in my eyes. He is also the definition of the word 'dapper'. My west coast friends and I used to drive him crazy by talking about fleece and gortex as valid fashion choices.

Of all the things that made me laugh last night, these stick out -

"But is he a gayer apostle than Johnny Depp was a pirate?"

Also the sheer number of things that sound dirty when you're in the right frame of mind.

Did you watch the one on Friday? Terry the surfer? He was funny, but it wasn't my favourite episode.

He sure had nice surfer boy arms, though. :)

Yeah, it wasn't the most exciting episode. And I'm still not sure I agree with grey and brown together.
