Yaargh. I have SO MUCH WORK. It's all around me and I can't decide where to start because there is so much of it, and instead I'm just sitting here making tentative moves to each pile before turning back in anguish.

And I actually have something to say, but I really should not take the time to say it.

Normally I'm a big fan of just doing something, starting somewhere - that usually gets me moving. But the complete lack of sleep last night has addled my brain, and even taping up a box seems overwhelming.

Btw, I'm still willing to help you with that closet thing some time, if that would be useful and would not degenerate into watching movies instead. Not that I don't want to watch movies with you, but it wouldn't get your closet cleaned.

I'm all about the closet avoidance for some reason. Don't want to face my stupid fashion choices, I guess.

Today, however, I am wearing the shirt I bought with you a couple of weeks ago and I LOVE it - yay!

I had to admit defeat on something a while ago - I'd bought a skirt, and I don't know what I was thinking, because when I went to wear it, it looked terrible on me. I mean, it fit and all, but it was supremely unflattering. Sadly, though, I couldn't find the receipt, even though I normally keep all my receipts. So I had to just chalk it up to momentary lapse in reason. I'm still annoyed thinking about it, though.

No, a skirt from Reitmans. I really just think I was on crack when I bought it - it's that style that doesn't really look good on anyone over the age of 12: straight at the top, with pleats starting 6 inches down or so.

God it looked hideous. :)
