Factoid of the Day: Accuradio thinks that Jon Bon Jovi wrote "I Don't Like Mondays". *boggle*
I think I might actually be well again! I'm still at work, which beats yesterday and Friday. I only had to blow my nose twice in the past hour, and my stomach no longer feels like it's plotting to secede from the rest of my body. I still have a wicked sore throat, but you can't have everything. I swear, it feels like I'm sick all the time these days - either sick, or recovering. I'm getting a little tired of this. I just want to be healthy! Or if I'm going to be sick, I'd like to be sick with computer access. *flails*
Also, I wish I liked to ride bikes. It seems like everyone is getting excited about pulling out their bikes for the summer, or getting new bikes. I'm too scared to ride in the city, though. No, really - I've had nightmares about getting caught in the streetcar tracks. I wouldn't mind getting into rollerblading, but they're too expensive for me to buy without knowing whether I'm going to use them. I bet the pathway along the Beaches would be great for blading.
Finally: Kirk Cameron wants YOU! (Warning - sound. And a wee flash Kirk.)

Date: 2004-05-18 01:14 pm (UTC)Also, I too wish I liked to ride bikes. Correction: I like riding a bike when there's no traffic and if it's all slightly downhill. I hadn't ever thought about streetcar tracks before, but hey, thanks for that.
I also totally want to rollerblade, but urrrgh. Complicated! Expensive! Haunting memories of attempts to rollerskate as a child!

Date: 2004-05-18 01:40 pm (UTC)There's a rollerblade rental place down by Harbourfront - maybe we could try that some day?

Date: 2004-05-18 01:15 pm (UTC)I was fine, though, and I still bike downtown all the time - you quickly learn to take streetcar tracks at an angle.
