I think I'm spending too much time on LJ. Yesterday, after getting home from the gym and eating dinner, I sat down with the computer for what was supposed to be 10 mintues, and didn't get up again until 11, at which point I realized I hadn't done the dishes, made lunch, or organized the recycling. Today, my wonderful magical evening of coming right home after work and doing all my errands, well...I'm writing this, aren't I?

Of course, the obvious solution is to just spend less time here, but then I worry that people are having intense bonding sessions when I'm not looking, and I'm going to be out of the loop. Not that I don't worry about that in every aspect of my life. Heh.

Ok, I'm putting away the computer now. Really.

ps. (and completely unrelated) Why is it that windows xp seems to only want to save images as .bmp? That's not helping me with my grand plan to take advantage of the paid account and get me some icons.

pps. I have wine glasses now (besides the plastic orange one I bought for a classification project). So where is the wine?

There's such a thing as too much time on LJ? Could that be why no RL projects of mine seem to be progressing?

It's one of those things - it doesn't *feel* like all that much time, until you look back on your week and wonder what you did. Or in my case, have the Sunday phonecall with my parents, and can't think of anything when they ask me what I did over the weekend.

(Okay, that sentence went places gramatically that it really shouldn't have, but I think the idea is there.)
