One Shoe, Two Shoe, Red Shoe, Blue Shoe

listersgirlErm. We bought more shoes tonight. Accidentally, I swear.

starfishchick and I had An Incident yesterday with the shoe store of buy one, get one half price, which resulted in numerous pairs of shoes leaving the store with us*. This was prior to the used bookstore browsing and hours spent in a coffee shop, and post fantastic brunch and hanging out with goovie.
Which is probably where I should have started - I got to meet the fabulous, lovelygoovie, and have brunch with her and starfishchick, followed by wandering along Queen St. Taken all together, it was truly the right way to spend a Sunday.
As for the rest of my weekend, Saturday was spent rejoicing in the homecoming of my DVD player, which was celebrated with many episodes of Firefly (I *love* that show). And that, sadly, was all the time there was. A wonderful weekend, although it would have been better if today had somehow been part of it...
*This is very unusual for me. I'm not a shoe person normally - I went through most of high school and university with only Docs and a pair of sandals for when it got too hot for Docs. But apparently I now like shoes, and even have good shoe karma.
