1. If you get ahold of a drill, make sure to drill the holes smaller than you think you will need, to start. Those anchors will hammer into fairly small holes, and if you make the holes too big they will just fall out.
2. If you can't get ahold of a drill, I find screwing a bigger screw into the wall sometimes makes a big enough hole.
