I really enjoyed the first half of 'Jennifer Government'. I like the absurdity and the dark humor. Then abouthalf-way through it seemed to turn into a typical action book, skipped past the satirical things that filled the fuirst half and I kind of lost interest. I still finished it - but it seemed like Barry was taking the tried-and-true easy way out to me. Hopefully he'll get better as he continues to write ....
