when wash landed the ship, and began to say, "i'm a leaf on the wind," everyone in the theater started applauding--and then joss broke our hearts. i should've expected it, knowing joss, but i had already been spoiled for book and i didn't think joss would kill anyone else. i think i cried for the rest of the movie.
