The Diamond Age is my very favorite Neal book in the current history of Neal books. Snowcrash is good, too, but it's obvious, I think, that he wrote it earlier in his career than the others.
I've just started The Baroque Cycle, so I'm reserving judgement on whether it might turn out to be my favorite Neal "book" of all time.
