May. 19th, 2004 11:17 amThings I Learned During My First Night Housesitting:
1. Other people keep cookies in the house! Mmmm.
2. Being woken up by a cat licking your nose can be a little scary if you're not prepared.
3. Alarm clocks that have snooze buttons and sit right behind your head (and not all the way across the room) are dangerous.
4. Despite having been told to eat anything in the house, particularly anything perishable, a fridge full of unrecognizable packages with labels only in Japanese is beyond me.
5. I desperately want to watch the Angel finale tonight, as evidenced by my five minutes of panic when it looked like the TV didn't get channel 20.
6. Even grown men sometimes have Star Wars pillowcases.
