It's not cake, but...

Did you know they now make vanilla hearts and strawberry hearts (white and pink respectively) to go with the cinnamon hearts? They made a mysterious appearance at work, along with a selection of Hershey's Kisses and Hugs.

Vanilla: Odd. Almost marshmallow-y tasting. Or, wait, like icing. Yeah, that's it. There was a time in my life I would have loved these (the years when I would eat the icing off the cake, but not the cake itself).

Strawberry: Ewwww, bubblegum. With a nasty aftertaste. Oh, there comes the strawberry. Well, it's not so bad once you get past the first layer, but that first taste was vile.

Cinnamon: Is there anyone here who doesn't know what these taste like? These ones are pretty hot, though. Better than the cinnamon gum I tried earlier this week, that's for sure.

Well, I don't know about you, but I'm sticking with the chocolate, even if it is just Hershey's. Oh, and the decadent dessert which *will* be mine tonight. I can't wait.

...well, actually it is cake

If you'll excuse the lameness, my office takes the cake for having cake at work. I had barely registered my disdain at the Valentine's Day candy selection when the cake was brought out, in honour of the three February birthdays (and the fact that we hadn't had cake in at least a month).

Mmmm, cake.
