I think he skipped the being proud part and went straight to the "what toys can I get?" part. He actually said he wanted to get an Xbox because there are some games (like Halo, I'm assuming) that he can't play on his PS2. Dude. So not what I would do. I think I talked him out of it, but only in favour of a digital camera (where I would have preferred to favour a savings account over more toys). I'm such a bitch. ;)
