Happy last day of November! It feels wonderfully like mid-September. Sorry, west coast people.

Tea Exchange update.

I got extremely tasty tea from

cloud_hands -- tangerine white tea, and cinnamon cardamon tea. Yum. I hope all your tea arrived safely and tastily, too, but if it didn't, now's your chance to tell me (if you haven't already)! And I will go after the slackers.

On that note, this will be the last round of my tea exchange. There's been too much tea not sent, too many people discouraged, and I feel bad whenever someone doesn't get tea. But please, if you have any tea outstanding, send it off so we can end on a good note!

I've had a lot of fun doing this, despite worrying about everyone's happiness, and I hope you all have too. And maybe you've discovered a new favourite tea. I certainly discovered all sorts of new places to stack tea in my kitchen, since the amount of tea I have far outnumbers the shelf space. :D

I'm pretty sure I didn't get my tea. If I am slandering the intended giver of tea though, please speak up and let me know because at this stage of my pregnancy, if it happened more than a month ago, I don't remember crap anymore (although I do clearly recall sending my tea because yet again I forgot to include a note)

I mailed out

vestra's package last Friday, but it might be delayed due to American Thanksgiving, plus the weather we've been having here. On the same day, I mailed a package of tea to you, for the June/July exchange. By Monday, I'll have mailed out packages for the August/September exchange & the April/May exchange (which I had to miss at the time due to the burns on my hand).

I got this round's tea package from

I never got a package for the August/September exchange.

I am sorry that you will not be having a tea exchange any longer. Even though I have probably been the main slacker (depression, depression, depression), I've finally gotten myself together and was looking forward to more exchanges.

I'm sure I will miss it, so I may very well start it up again. The last few times were just very bad for people (many, many people) getting things sent off, so I got a little frustrated.

Yeah, I'm doing my best to get it all taken care of. I have been beating myself up like crazy for the past few months.

Oh, yay-I'll be on the lookout for a tea-like package. I'm sure it will get here soon. Hooray!

I did send my tea out, but it will take a while for it to get across the ocean probably. I also received mine, from another country as well.

I have found some interesting teas this way. In fact, just yesterday I expanded my tea collection beyond my tea cupboard into a large shoebox on another shelf (I had to do something with my random loose bags from various swaps, boxes, etc!!)

I have been contemplating a reorganization of the tea, because it's both overflowing onto the microwave, and very precariously stuffed into the shelves. One day, the whole thing is going to come falling down. :)

I can't remember whether I got this month's exchange, but I guess I'll just have to wait and see. If I don't get it, I'm willing to think I already got it and I'm just getting old and forgetful. :)

Shame really you won't be doing the tea exchange anymore as I really enjoyed getting all these nice new teas! So thanks for doing it as long as you did, and happy tea exchange retirement. :)

I believe yours is in the mail, and probably somewhere over the Atlantic ocean now. :D

I don't think I got my tea this time around, but I am very forgetful lately, so it's possible it did come already.

Huzzah for the tea exchange. It's had a pretty good run.

I got my final (AMAZING) package today on arriving home.

voleuse really outdid herself.

sanity_clause and I then had a very confusing conversation about it being the last one because I hadn't seen this post. :p Then we had tea and cookies.

I, of course, as a repeat offender, haven't sent off my final package yet, but actually, now I'm almost glad -- because even though it'll be late I'm going to try to make it really good.

All sentences should end with "then we had tea and cookies".

I sent my tea. I didn't receive any, but I think my ex-landlady tossed my package. I've called her a couple times now about mail, and she's not speaking to me. *ahem* Real professional. I'm a bit disappointed, but not with the tea-sender. :)
