Tea for two

Hola, tea exchangers!

I hope everyone is enjoying their tea (or at least the prospect of their tea - I'm sure this is not the only place where it's too hot to boil water). It's almost August, so I'm going to send out tea exchange round 2 information late this week or early next. A few things:

1. If once was enough, just let me know, and I'll take your name off the list.

2. If you want to join in the fun, go fill out the poll (and put your email address in there somewhere if it's not on your info page, because I was an idiot and forgot to include a spot for that).

3. If you have not received your tea, please say something - I know there are a few people who are worried about whether their tea package has safely traversed the wilds of the postal system(s).

4. Does every two months work for people? It seems like it was enough time for everyone to get organized. Would you prefer more often? Less often? Or maybe you'd just like a poll.

I have not recieved tea.

But I have not mailed my tea yet, so it serves me right. It's wrapped and labelled and everything, it just has not yet made it to the post office. Wednesday after work, i PROMISE, that tea will hit the road.

Every two months is perfect for me - just enough time to procrastinate a teeny little bit, but still get the tea sent at the right time. :)

I look forward to a time when I can think about boiling water for tea without wanting to die because of the heat.

I keep thinking the tea exchange! that would be so cool! and then I remember that I've given up drinking as much caffeine and I've got tea I bought in november or was a christmas gift I haven't opened yet.

That's a good idea, and since I've been wandering around my kitchen thinking of all the tea I overbought that I could ship off I'm going to sign up.

I just want to say that I finally sent my tea (on Saturday, so I'm still waiting to hear if she received it)! And if I haven't been banished, I would like to participate again. I have extra tea purchased specifically for a swap so I shouldn't have the delay issues this time.

Of course you're not banished, not if you actually sent your tea. I'm just being pushy because I don't want anyone to feel slighted by never getting any tea. :)

Though I e-mailed sh1mm3r to let her know, I didn't tell *you* that I had gotten my tea package from her. But I did! And it's wonderful!

Sadly, I have proven myself utterly incompetent at reading instructions,
and submitted my poll preferences without any personal info.

So, for the record, should any tea-exchangers wish to, er, exchange tea, I can be reached at cstory@magma.ca, and I'll forward all relevant personal tea-exchnage information so said exchange of tea may be exchanged.
