Yay, autumn! I have chai.

Oh yeah, it's totally tea season, which is my not-so-subtle way of reminding tea exchangers to send out your August/September tea package if you haven't yet. Send it now and avoid the rush!

Mmm. Chai. *ashamedly wants cold weather so one can curl up around one's chai*

I just got chai tea from the person who had me for Aug/Sept! I'm excited, since I've wanted to try it for a while now, but never have.

Bring on the tea!

Your Aug/Sept person is my friend, who asked me to send his apologies. The package was sent many weeks ago, but for some reason the asshats at Canada Post kept sending it back!

(Dear LG - and yet you are still fabulous.)

I'm jealous of everyone who has their tea. I'm losing faith in the tea exchange, but probably because I sent my tea in the first week of August and I somehow felt as though I ought to receive my tea at the same time. That, of course, was not the instruction at all! Let it be known that everyone must now have ESP and discern for themselves when I will be sending my tea! ;)

People? I'm thirsty. And it's getting cold out. Send me some tea please.

At last!

I'm glad it finally got there .. I mailed it *three* times .. twice
it was returned due to some nincompoop mouth-breather at Canada Post (and my apologies to all the other nincompoop mouth-breathers) who could'nt read your address.

If it was a bit squished, my apologies, but again, blame the mouth-breathers .. I tend not squish tea .. not even for fun.

Yesterday was our first fallish day of pouring rain and I made scones to go with the Irish breakfast tea from my gift! W00t.

Thank you! I hope you only had to pay postage for the last time.

That's bizarre that they kept sending it back to you. But then, maybe I shouldn't be too surprised, as today I got mail in my mailbox for someone at a completely different address.

How bizarre - I'm glad they finally got it right!

I sent my tea! I sent my tea! To boys, so I hope my choices were okay and suitably masculine. I live in the land of raised pinkie, miniature scone eating, finger sandwhich crust removing little old ladies.

Now where's my tea?

And are we on the third or the second, because as far as I know I've only sent the second, but now I can't remember what month that was...

Yay!
Maybe I'll get some tea, too.
I'm sure I'm karmically screwed for procastinating so long, but now that I've sent it, haven't I been punished enough?

Are we supposed to send the same tea to each new person, or does it matter? I guess it doesn't matter, does it?

Sadly, no .. I had to buy two seperate postage-paid bubble packs, since the first one came back twice, I figured odds were pretty good it would come back again and again (kind of a 'swallows returning to Capistrano', or a bad burrito dinner)and while it would be an interesting experiment in the tenacity of Canada Post, it wouldn't ultimatey get the tea delivered.

So, a second postage pack it was.
