I am sick again. It's like some sort of cosmic joke. Can't I even have a week in between colds? I did manage to come to work this morning, though, so hopefully it'll be a milder version. Not that I wouldn't welcome the time to sleep and watch DVDs, but my boss is going to start thinking that I'm making it up if I take many more days off.

My shoes are making a very annoying squeak when I walk. It only just started, too - if they'd been doing this when I left the house I could have changed them. But no, they had to wait until I was at work before acting up. Argh.

And finally, attention, fans of George! Live audiences in Toronto! All this week they're giving away tickets to people watching the show -- I emailed last night, but I wasn't fast enough. Tonight, though. It will happen.

Do you think you might have allergies? One year I kept getting cold-like stuff and went to the doctor after getting really annoyed, and it turned out I had allergies - and I had never had them before....

The allergies theory MAY apply -- sometimes they just develop spontaneously. However, a lot of people seem to be getting this Return of the Living Cold thing this year, where you think you're better but then it comes back for an encore. I hope you get better soon, and for real this time!

And, the shoes! Yes, I'm conscious of the noise my shoes make too! I'm wearing high-heeled sandals and everytime I walk down the hardwood staircase at work, you can hear me just CLOMPING away!
