Dude, seriously.

I've had people in this library -- people with MLIS or similar degrees -- ask me how to do an effective internet search. They have been amazed by my mad Googling skillz. It baffles me... these are grown men and women at least as old as my parents, who have advanced degrees in INFORMATION-RELATED AREAS, and they don't know how to do an effective Google search.
