Hurrah for almost completed taxes, but boo for the gov. still being dumb about addresses.

That is a disappointing dinner story :( Why is eggplant so difficult?? Recently, I slaved over a glorious meal of red curry shrimp to go with a glorious German riesling....and *totally* forgot to make the rice. Didn't even take the rice out of the cupboard. BUT - for the win - there was miraculously some leftover rice in the fridge I'd forgotten about. Not much, but just enough to make it ok. Phew.
