It's the basics - carrots, onions, celery - and lentils, with lots of spices, mixed with crushed tomatoes and tomato paste and flour to make a roux, so it's very thick, like a cream soup, but with tomatoes instead. And then there's broccoli and cauliflower added at the end.
I just don't really like the texture, and I think it's too tomato-y for me.
