I think that's TJ related is type 5 - so there's Chris Gibbs, and also Keir whatsisname, since TJ is directing.

I'd say Type 2 is true fringe theatre, usually involving singing, talking at the audience, and dark moodiness (like the MITCHELL show, whatever that was called), and Type 3 is monologuing (which leads directly to TJ).
