(no subject)

I have reached the critical mass point wherein the number of meetings I have over the next 6 weeks has exceeded the number of places I can stick post-it notes to remind myself of those meetings.

Woe.

In other news, Alias is over, and I am sad. I know it didn't retain the glory of its younger years, but I was still entertained most of the time, despite the improbabilities. And I loved how over the last few episodes they kept bringing everyone back for one last shot. Also, SARK. Ahem.

It's rather unfortunate that it's over, but throughout last night's episode, I couldn't help but feel like I was being told an improvised story by a six-year old. Between the characters, the events, the locations and the general leaps of logic, it just felt like they were trying to throw in a splash of everything before shutting it all down.

It was still fun, mind you — I just couldn't help but laugh at it once or twice...

I'm sad that Alias is over because it means I'm now, officially, never really going to "start watching" it. I'm sure I'll see some on DVD but it's not the same thing.

We did watch a lot of the finale, though. I enjoyed it. There was running, and shooting things. I, too, missed the candy-coloured wigs.
