The sales clerks at RR really are amazing! At first I figured it was all a big ploy to get me to spend cash at their store. But after three or four weeks running in trainers I was having terrible knee pain.
When I told the RR guy I was looking at shoes the first thing he told me to do was around the store in my sock feet. Then he looked at the runners I'd brought in. He said, "Let me guess. You've been having knee pain? Specifically on the right side." Seriously, I hadn't told him a thing about it! He helped my find amazing shoes that felt perfect the very first time I wore them.
