Mine is on route to Florida to get a new motherboard, vestra's is at the shop being generally upgraded and fitted with a new power cord/operating system, and the one mistress_wanda loaned me is...acting out, and will be taken into a shop to be looked at at some point very soon, because, you know, NOT MINE, and therefore I can't go with my patented "ignore and hope it goes away" routine.

Sigh.
